Appointment Policy 

Appointment Policy

We are committed to providing a professional and seamless experience. To ensure clarity and mutual respect, please review the following appointment policies:

1. Patch Test Requirement

A patch test is required prior to your appointment to ensure there are no allergic reactions. This is mandatory for all clients.

2. Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly inform us at least 72 hours in advance. You are permitted to reschedule a maximum of three times. After this, your booking will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be accommodated and will need to reschedule their appointment. Late arrivals that require rescheduling will forfeit the original booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required for the new appointment.

5. Eligibility Criteria

    •    Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
    •    We are unable to treat clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

6. Health & Previous Treatments

Please disclose any allergies, medications you are currently taking, or any prior semi-permanent enhancement treatments before booking. If you have residual pigment from a previous treatment, please send a clear photograph for assessment prior to your appointment.
